online PDF editing

Hi,

I am developing web software which requires online editing for PDF files (inside chrome browser). 

My users would like to add/delete/edit existing text, with basic styling features such as text-coloring, bullets etc.

Is it possible to use the Acrobat SDK for PDF editing inside my application? 

What is the licensing model for this functionality?

Is there an option to use it for on-premise products? (without cloud access).
