I have recently installed Adobe Acrobat DC and the old adobe files I have wont open now. Any help? Keep in mind, I am not very literate with computer lingo so keep it very basic!!

Is there any error message or error code while opening the PDF files?

Please let me know the exact dot version of Adobe Acrobat DC & Operating System installed on your computer?
