Question

Organize Pages, Replace, Save, then Export a PDF

I used the replace function then exported the PDF via email.

But when I open the exported PDF and make the window smaller or larger the pdf does not change. in other words its size is static and will not reduce when I make the pdf window smaller nor when I make it larger.

is there  a fix so that when I click on the corner of the exported pdf , and try to make the window smaller or larger that the sizing of the pdf will also be more dynamic too and change as well?

thanks

If you set the Zoom level (under View - Zoom) to "Zoom to Page Level" or one of the Fit options then the page will be scaled when you resize the window. At any other level it will remain as is.

Thanks

Is it possible to save this on a permanent basis on my main PDF

So that each time I use the replace function

And re save the PDF it save s with then"zoom to page level "

I usually send out the pdf several times per day

After I have updated certain pricing levels in it

I tried saving the pdf after replacing the pages

With zoom to page level

But it did not retain the save

Thanks

You can set this zoom level as the default one for the file under File - Properties - Initial View - Magnification.
