Our college is looking for a system to digitize and automate the internal submission and approval process.
Currently, submissions need to be reviewed and approved by multiple departments and managers before they are finalized. We are looking for a solution that can:
• Allow users to create and submit forms electronically.
• Route submissions through multiple approval levels/workflows.
• Track the status of each submission in real time.
• Maintain an audit trail showing who approved, rejected, or commented on a submission.
• Send notifications to the next approver in the process.
• Provide reporting and visibility into outstanding and completed submissions.
• Integrate with Microsoft 365 where possible.
Has anyone implemented a similar workflow within the Addu ecosystem? If so, which module or solution would you recommend, and what has been your experience?
