Question
"Our records indicate the serial number...is invalid"
I transferred Acrobat 9 Pro license from old to new pc; both Windows 7. I didn't deactivate it until it was installed on the new pc. I followed Solution 2 of this article: Error: "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Adobe Creative Suite and still get the same error after uninstalling and reinstalling. Please advise; thanks in advance.
