Override local "Open Setting: Restore last view settings..."

I need my pdf to open on the first page regardless of the local Acrobat user's setting (Edit --> Preferences --> Document --> Open Settings --> Restore last view settings when reopening document).

I have already set the pdf's  Properties --> Initial View to default at "Open to page: 1"; however, on systems that have Acrobat configured as above, the file will open to the last page the user was accessing.  I need the document to open on the first page no matter what.

I've tried adding JavaScript --> Document Will Close --> "pageNum = 0;", but that doesn't override the local setting.

Any ideas?
