Page Display setting (Default Layout and Zoom)

I change the Page Display setting (Default Layout and Zoom). However; when I share the doc via e-mail, these settings can't changed so I am unable to adjust 'Default Layout and Zoom' settings permanently. How to make this setting permanent for shared docs?
