Page numbers incorrect after conversion from Excel to pdf

I have an excel workbook where I am printing 7 tabs of 10, where 3 tabs are not printed. . Six of the tabs are 1 page so do not have page # on the footer. The 4th tab has 3 pages. If I convert that tab to PDF by itself it works fine with page 1 o3, 2 of 3 and 3 of 3 on the footer. But if I convert all of the tabs to PDF at once it says page 4 of 9, page 5 of 9 and 6 of 9 on the footer.

The text to do this in the excel footer is…. Page &[Page] of &[Pages]

Is there a way to do this in excel footer so the page numbers are correct in PDF, or will I always need to create that one tab separately in PDF, and then insert it. Thanks.
