parameter dialogs, including printing, not working in Acrobat Standard XI

Using Adobe XI Std, Win7Pro...all of a sudden I can't print PDFs anymore.  When Click on print get a screen with extra large words that appear to be parameters that are crossed out and can't do anything with it. Cannot use make PDF forms or edit PDFs either.  Pls Help! updated and reinstalled...repaired...to no avail. Never seen anything like this before.  Has anyone else?
