Password protected and email multiple PDF files

Greetings,

We have hundreds of pdf files that we would like to protect them individually with different password and send them out individually.Is there any solution provided by Adobe to accomplish this task?

Scenerio: Finance/Payroll Dept would like to go green and save monies by sending employee's non-negotiable pay check in PDF format and protect them with a password that employees provided. We need to be able to do in batch for hundreds of employees.

Can anyone shed some lights on this?
