password protected PDF's

I received a PDF file from the bank and tried to open it with my password. It does not work. I went to change the password so I thought but I think it was for the login details only. Now I can not view the statement I need to view. Is there a way of getting new PDF Pass words

PDF file password is setup by the author, one who created the file. There is no way to reset the PDF file password.

I will recommend you to contact our bank, they might be able to help you.
