Hi,

I tried to open an unprotected PDF document, acrobat reader DC (18.11.20036) asks for a password. I tried to open it with other programs, no one else asks. How it can be possible?

Other programs I used:

Google Chrome / Firefox

Acrobat 9.0

PDF Architect 4.1

- Is it an issue with a particular PDF?

Yes, it is a particular PDF. It is realized by a PDF export of a crystal report. The same report exported with different data has never created another PDF with the same issue.

- What is the OS version installed on your system?

Windows 7. But other people who has Windows 10 has the same issue.

- Can you share the file with us?

Yes. I haven't shared before because it has reserved data, and I preferred to wait for someone to take charge of this case.
