Password timeout or expiration after printing a specified number of copies

I do training (train the trainer), where trainers in external companies use our materials to do the training in their own company. They need to print participant manuals, however, if we just give them the pdfs to print the manuals, they can print as many manuals as they please, or worse, pass along the pdfs to unauthorized companies or individuals. A potentially ideal solution would be to have a password that is temporary (about 2 weeks) and expires after a specified number of copies are printed. This password would have to be robust enough that opened in any pdf viewer, it prevents access after the password expires.
