PDF can't show the fonts that I use from MS office 2007 & 2016 transferred to adobe PDF file.

I had googled it and fixed the problem for 3 days, also contact with windows, and windows said it's MS office's problem, then I contacted with MS, and they sad it's adobe's problem, so now I'm contacting with you and hope I can fix this problem.

What program are you using to view the PDF's?

What is the version of that program?

How are you creating the PDF's?

Using Word's "Save as" option or using the "Acrobat" plug-in tab?

If you are dealing with a Scan of a page of text, there are not fonts, only the image of fonts.

Acrobat can list the fonts used and whether they are embedded or not.

You might try to use "Repair Installation" under the "Help" menu option.
