PDF closes in 15 seconds

I have been using acrobat dc for about a year. in last few days it has become very unstable. any pd either stored locally on dropbox closes after 15 seconds. Any help appreciated.

Could you please confirm the dot version of Adobe Acrobat DC and OS you are using on your system.

Have you tried updating application? If not, please try and let us know if you still experience the same issue.
