PDF - Collaboration, Form fields locked to some, unlocked for others.

I am in need of having a student fill out parts of an Adobe DC form, and then faculty filling out other portions -- but neither being able to TOUCH the other's work. How can I obtain this kind of functionality in Adobe DC?
