PDF converting to word, images blurry and random grey lines added. Not sure if there is a way to correct this?

I am currently trying to convert an Interactive PDF into a word document. Most of it comes over correctly but it is replacing "|" with "x" adding grey lines through the form and not reading images clearly. Is there a way to get this to convert over clearly without doing different edits in word. (Some of which I can't seem to do due to the improper export)

Is this happening with this single file or with others as well.

Try to recreate the file & then check to replicate the issue.

Hi KML91 ,

Please provide the exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system .Also check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates "

Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software :- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

If you are on Windows OS, open Acrobat, navigate to Help menu & repair the installation.

Is this happening with this single file or with others as well.
