pdf document automatically goes to printer when i open it

This most likely happens because of a script embedded in the file. In Acrobat, look under Tools - JavaScript - Document JavaScript for something like this:

this.print();

And then remove it, or comment it out by adding // before it.

Save the file, close it and it should not happen the next time you open it.
