PDF fill in forms

When I try to fill in a document I downloaded to adobe dc it locks my computer up after filling in 1 box. I tried 4 times and it locked it up every time. It is a VA.org form. Can anyone help, I have looked in FAQ and I can't find anything like this. PLEASE HELP

Hi ,

Please tell the Acrobat version along with the OS you work on.

Also check if Acrobat is updated to the latest patch.

I hope the form has been downloaded from a legitimate source.

Try downloading another form and see if you still experience any issues.

I think I have the adobe DC. I have windows 10. The form is application to work for the VA. I tried a different for and it worked. Thanks for the info. I can't believe the VA forms are messed up. Thanks again
