PDF fillable form doesn't work.

My fillable 941 report for the Internal Revenue Service doesn't work. I click on a fillable field and the info shows but disappears as soon as I move to the next field. The IRS gets upset when they don't get their reports. I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro version 10.1.4 on Mac OS X version 10.8.5.
