pdf fillable form not saving details

Hi,

I have created a basic pdf order form which is on our website lotsearch

When users click on the pdf it opens and then they complete their details and save to their PC / Device. However when re-opening the saved pdf the fields are blank.

Can you please advise how I can change the settings of the document to allow users to enter, save and retain their information?
