PDF forms

I have created an interactive pdf form entirely within Indesign CC and it works fine. The only problem I am having is that once the pdf form fields have been completed I want to be able to submit to one email address via a button as a ‘read only’ pdf file but all the tests I have done, the pdf is still in an editable format.

Am I missing something here, what am I doing wrong?
