PDF from Word 2016 document does not show image in header and a banner and image on cover page. Other figures in the body of the document show as expected. Prior to upgrading to Windows 10/Office 365, worked as expected.
Other figures in the body of the document show as expected. Prior to upgrading to Windows 10/Office 365, worked as expected. Just in the header and cover page images don't show up.
