PDF image become very small

Question

Use Acrobat XI Pro to creat PDF.  Not sure if I push some button, the PDF image suddenly become very small.  It's around 1/10 of a A4 paper.  Image convert from Word 2007.   Function normally with Powerpoint.

Hi juliemHK​,Please check for the settings under Acrobat XI -> Edit menu -> Preferences -> Create to PDF -> MS Word -> Edit Settings -> ImageRegards,Aadesh
