Pdf-Maker add does´nt appear in word

The PDFMaker Add in does not work with Word, the Add in does not appear in the Menu, although it is activated in word

I use Adobe Acrobat X Standard with Office 2013, Windows 10 Pro

I tried everything:

new installation of office 2013

new installation of Acrobat

Repair of Acrobat

deactivation and activation of the add in in word

regedit to see if the add in has the correct data

now i have no more idea, what to do
