PDF output - pictures loosing borders

Hi All, I am very new at this and any help will be appreciated. I am using RoboHelp 2015 and Word 2016. I have all 3 RoboHelp patches installed. When I try to generate a printed document / PDF output I loose all the borders that I have added to my images. Any ideas as to why?

Acrobat SDK and JavaScript
