PDF Portfolio with Acrobat 11 -- How to make cover page be 1st page by default?

Hello fellows,

I don't see a way to make the portfolio cover page be displayed when opening the portfolio. The acrobat javascript doesn't seem to allow this option either.

Some skins allows displaying a welcome page, but the welcome page only allows images/video/text to appear on it but not links to other pages for example.

Am I missing something?
