I need to convert PDF to Doc. And when I did, it didn't recognize Russian text. I've got gibberish in Russian. The English part remained fine. And in the drop down menu there isn't an option to choose Russian. I've just paid for nothing because I need this to convert all russian texts. Is there a way to convert or add a language?

Are those documents are scanned documents?

With the documents having Russian text, Run OCR & then check for the same.
