PIPokes.h C++ this declaration has no storage class or type specifier

I already add Headers\API and Headers\SDK , also could find define POKE(name, formals, formalsWithRock, actualsWithRock) name##NSEL, but PIPokes.h is error.

Most likely a version mismatch between the SDK you are using and the Visual Studio version. It's possible to work around these, but tremedously hard work, better to make sure you use matching software and SDK.
