placing jpegs into pdf photo album?

I have a pdf photo album. Can someone tell me the easiest way to place jpeg images into the album? Do I have to convert each and every jpeg to pdf? I want to give the album to my friend which only use the Acrobat Readers and they don't have any way to convert the images to pdfs. What can I do? Can someone suggest a solution? Thank you all.

If you're using a form that has buttons that use the buttonImportIcon JavaScript method, then you will need to convert the images to PDF if it needs to work with Reader.

Also, it may be easier than you think for someone to convert images to PDF these days. Any Mac user can use Preview, and Windows users can use Word or almost any other word processor. Another option is to open an image in Chrome and save as PDF. Other freely available software is similarly able to save images to PDF.
