Please someone: how can I print ANYTHING from pdf? The system has asked me to update ID, re-set PW, etc, create a new (why?) ID in the cloud and so on: all very nice BUT it is now impossible to print ANY pdf, either from plain Acrobat or from Acrobat 8 Standadrd (licence up to date!): I need help desperately, please?

I don't yet follow your problem, but that's normal, we'll need to go back and forth until we understand each other. Pleae answer all questions (or say if you can't).

1. You say "plain Acrobat". I don't know what you mean. Please tell us the software you are using, including the full version shown by Help > About.

2. You can "impossible to print any PDF" but thats all. What exactly happens? Please give any error messages in full.

3. What is your system (e.g. Windows 7, Mac OS Sierra)?

4. What, so far as you know, changed between it working last and not working?
