Portfolio Fonts too small for printing

Hello

I am using Adobe 11 pro, and creating pdf portfolio files of emails within Outlook 2010.

For some random reason, some of the portfolio emails are in a very tiny font (smaller than 6) while others pop up as a normal sized font. When viewing the email it's not an issue since there is a zoom tool, but this really affects printing as the fonts are tiny, and cannot be adjusted in the finished portfolio file when printing (imagine 5 pages of emails shrunk down to a single page).

The scale option is of no use either.

Does anyone have a solution or recommendation?
