Portfolio initial view in layout mode

Have searched for this answer but can't find solution. How can we save a custom view in a Portfolio to be our default Portfolio initial view? e.g. in previous versions we apparently could add "to" to the view and it would stay every time you reopened a PDF. Now we have to right click on the header > view > check "to" and it only stays for that one PDF. Have checked preferences and initial view options but can't solve.

We are in version Acrobat Pro DC 2015.006.30201
