Question

Portrait pages in PDF file printing in landscape format on output

Hi,

We're experiencing a problem when printing out a PDF file. The PDF file itself is in portrait format. When the PDF file is printed out to a high quality laser printer in a print-on-demand factory, one of the pages within the PDF file is being printed as a landscape page, so not all of the page is reproducing. It's not a question of 'rotating' the page within the PDF file as it's already in the correct orientation within the file. Can anyone advise me where we can access the 'variable' within the PDF file that allows us to override or remove this 'landscape' setting for this specific page.

Many thanks

Phil

Hi ,

Please tell the Acrobat version along with OS in use.

Please check if Acrobat is updated to the latest patch.

If on windows, please repair Acrobat as well.

Try printing a sample PDF and compare the outcome.
