Positioning text in a text box

You might want to try using a text form field that enabled for rich text formatting, which allows you to set the vertical alignment.

If you are referring to text added in the box using "Add Text box" tool, you can try using Enter key and Space key to move text.

There is no other option to change the position of the text in the text box.
