Question

Preflight dialogue box not displaying properly in Acrobat XI pro.

When I select "preflight" in Acrobat XI pro, the dialogue box which pops up with all the options is very difficult to read because all of the line options in the dialogue box are squeezed together. It's so squashed together almost completely overlaying each other that even the click down option for more is difficult to execute. I've tried resizing the box itself by just dragging its corners but while the box itself expands the text remains crunched together.  I'm on a Microsoft Surface Pro running Win 10. I'm trying to get a document print ready and this was to be my first step. Is there a setting I've missed? Anyone have this problem/fix? Thanks in advance.

I have exactly the same issue. Disappointing to see you posted this 9 months ago and still no solution :-(

High res monitor support was added to Acrobat DC I believe. It's a new feature not (apparently) a bug fix but still, check you have 11.0.20.
