preserve embedded video clips when converting MS-Word doc to pdf

I have an MS-Word document with several mp4 files in it.

After conversion to pdf, the pdf file shows the video file's icon but it's now only an image, the video is not available any more.

Is there a setting that ensures videos are embedded in the pdf doc?

This is not possible. Add the videos in Adobe Acrobat.
