Previously I could print a gmail email to a pdf file with my browser Firefox (ver 48.0.2). Now Acrobat add-on is disabled(?) with no option to enable it again. How can this be fixed?  (Using Windows 7 Professional 64bit PC & Acrobat Ver 10.1.16)

Printing to the Adobe PDF printer doesn't involve the FireFox add-on. Sounds like a different problem. Does it work from other apps?

Seems to be working OK with Internet Explorer 11, i.e. priting an opened gmail email with Adobe PDF (to create a PDF file of the email). So, latest version of Firefox and Acrobat 10 seem to be "incompatable".

Have used the Microsoft XPS printer to print an email with Firefox browser, and it works.

Have checked again the Adobe PDF printer with Firefox, and again the "Does not Respond" error.

Not sure what is going on or how to fix this.

Well, Acrobat X is past end of life, and you've updated FireFox so it no longer works with it.

You could upgrade Acrobat (subscription recommended), you could downgrade FireFox (really not recommended), or just print to Adobe PDF instead.

Hi MVP.  I have in fact printed to Adobe PDF printer and is experiencing the problem described above wit the error message "Does not Respond".  But if my Acrobat is too "old", then I will have to accept it.  Thanks.
