Printer "prints" a blank page

I have acrobat DC pro. I have Canon iP100 printer. I can not print PDF documents. There is no error message. It just "prints" a blank page. I have updated the printer driver. The printer works with other applications.

I have tried all the fixes on he trouble shooting document.

The trouble shooting page printed.

The printer connections are ok.

I have reset the printer many times.

I have downloaded the latest driver.

All files wont print so it is not a particular file problem.

I have tried every solution in the forum.

I am currently using Acrobat DC reader to print.

Now I have a problem opening PDF files. Sometimes they open in reader, despite the Win 10 default program and file type settings being set to Acrobat DC pro.

Try "Repair Installation" under help menu.

Please let us know the dot version of Adobe application and OS you are using.

Can you share any one file with which you are experiencing the issue?

Repair does not fix the problem

How do I share a file. It wont copy & paste.
