Printing a secured document on Mac

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on my Macbook, El Capitan version. I have downloaded a secured document with properties that allow printing but when I click on the print icon or through File>Print nothing happens!

Please provide the exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system .Also check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates "

Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software :- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

Please check is this happening with all the documents or with this certain one.

If the document is on network drive ,save it to local first & then check.
