printing for certain users only

Good Day,

 

Kindly, Could you advise how it is possible to enable printer to a certain user only ? I need to open a document with a password , and then have the printer option for a certain users only 

 

Would someone advise what is the right process

Hi There,

 

Thanks for your query.

While adding password to a PDF file; one can add a different password for printing the file; and also can completly block the PDF from printing in Hi-DPi while adding the password.

Students are highly motivated and WILL overcome any kind of security. Be very clear that if they want a printout of this file, they will have it, with anyone's name on as they choose. Because a lot of software just ignores Adobe security, the students won't even need to be hackers. Plan for this, you can't stop it, even if Adobe software gave 1000 passwords.

This can be done with certificate security.

my case as below . 

 

I need certain user(s) to view the file.

I need to the Admin user only to open and print the file 

I have around 100 student, I need to have the studen name appear on the footer when priting the file 

 

is that possile ?
