Printing issues with Adobe PDF

Hi guys, I've been having a problem printing with Adobe Reader DC recently. When I print a document from PDF, all I get are streaks of lines (see attached image).

I have done all I can to attempt to find the problem including reinstalling my printer's drivers and reinstalling Adobe Reader but the issue still persists. I have contacted my printer's manufacturer support line and they remotely controlled my computer to attempt to identify the problem and it seems that my printer is in the clear.

As such, I could only narrow it down to the PDF document. Can someone advise on what i can do?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We thank you for your patience and support on this.

The issue is still under investigation and we are working on the fix. Since the issue appeared to start occurring after Windows 10 update, the fix might require some changes from Microsoft and it might take some time.

For now, the team has identified a workaround for this issue “black streaks while printing.”

Hi all,

Adobe Reader update containing the complete fix for "black streaks while printing" issue is now available. This update will be automatically applied to all existing installations of Reader DC. You can also open Reader DC and visit Help > Check for updates to make sure you are on the latest patch.
