Printing PDF (goes to save 'All File' instead)

Appreciate any help for what could be a simple issue - When I go to print an Adobe Acrobat PDF, instead of printing as normal - It goes to a save file screen (saving file type as an "All Files (*.*)" not PDF etc). Where then doesn't matter what I do the document doesn't print. Note word documents etc. are printing fine for me.
