Printing PDF's not possible 2012R2 - Adobe Standard DC 2015

Hello

We use a 2012R2 terminal server environment for 100 users @with Adobe Standard DC 2015. Random on users and on terminal servers it's not possible to print PDF documents.

We have different physical printers we can use but the all have the same problem.

Randomly no prints.

What can it be?

This problem is since we use 2012R2 terminal server.

Please help.

Hi ,

You could test the following solutions on of the machines and let us know if that works for you.

We already found that support site and followed it from the top to the end, but no luck

Someone has any idea?!

Is it possible to get premium support by adobe or something?
