Pro DC froze when saving my document, it's still open on page 3. Is it possible to get my work from pages 1 and 2?

I saved the document for the first time and the application froze. I took a screenshot of the text I have on page 3, but I'm afraid pages 1 and 2 are lost and I'll have to completely re-do them. Is there any solution?
