Problem installing Adobe DC after trial version

A few months ago, before my company got my licence, I used the trial version of Adobe DC. In the mean while I got my company licence and the trial has expired. After updating and even reinstalling, I still got the expired message and if I want to use the tools I got the message that I have to buy the program.


The helpdesk of my company already renewed my licence, but without succes, so they told me to contact adobe directly.

Yes I am.

In the meanwhile I had a collaborator from Adobe ont the phone and the problem is solved!
