Problem opening files with acrobat 9

Often whwn i try to open pdf files with Acrobat 9 that has been registered in 2013, the files are visualizzed al in grey.  Can somone help me PLEASE? i have to open them always with Acrobat 8.

Please show screen shots comparing good (Acrobat 😎 and bad (Acrobat 9) for the same page. Also, both these versions are obsolete for many years, did you try the current version of Acrobat?

i bought acrobat 9 , it makes me use all the special things, it works like an editor and else . after that this program converts file in pdf or makes me delete pages in a file or else. but when i go to vision it it opens only gray pages.

Looks like the "Show large images" option in Preferences.
