Problem with Acrobat Pro ver 23 not launching

Everytime I try to launch Acrobat pro (64bit) version 23 it comes up with a white rectangle and a blue beachball.  I've tried uninstalling and re-installing a few times but the same thing happens on both the Windows 10 machines I've tried it on.  Why is this happening please?

How do I get to the Adobe Acrobat Forum?  The only thing I can see on your 'Creative Cloud' page is the Adobe Support Community  Can somebody please help me.  I need to use Acrobat for work, the stand alone program I used before worked fine but trying to get Acrobat Pro running on any of my Windows 10 machines just isn't working, it crashes and goes to the spinning blue ball as soon as I load the programme.  I have tried taking it off and reinstalling.  Why is it doing this?
