Problem with document in LCD (Java)

Hello,

i have a problem in the LCD with a document.

Can somebody create a fourth DDL (column) like and after the first three examples, which are also connected with the first three ones (like the example)? 
It is important, that the answers of the new fourth range DDL is addicted to the third one.
