Problem with PDF Print and PDF Maker

Hello,

we have to problem with our Adobe DC Professional.

The first problem: Print with Adobe PDF Converter result to message with "interactive Service, change window".

The second Problem we have with the PDF Maker. In Word, Excel and PowerPoint we can perfectly create PDF-Files with the Addin.

In Visio and Project after create PDF we get a message "Adobe PDF Printer is not installed on your Computer..."

We have this problem on three different Clients. All Clients are fully patched with Microsoft and Adobe.

The Office Versions are 2010 32-bit on Windows 7 64-bit.

Hi avaa90380721 ,

Try to perform the following steps:

1- Hold down the Windows key and press R key on your keyboard, type services.msc in run dialogue box and hit enter.

2- Search for Interactive Service Detection, right click on it and select Properties.

3- Set the startup type to Manual.

4- Click OK.

Then, try to print to Adobe PDF and check if its working fine.

Could you please let us know the dot version of Acrobat DC installed?

Also ,try to perform the following steps:

1- Launch Acrobat,open any pdf file and then click Print>select Adobe PDF from the drop down list and click Properties,under Adobe PDF Settings>Adobe PDF Output Folder>select Prompt for Adobe PDF Filename>click OK, then try to print to Adobe PDF and check if its working fine.

2- If step 1 doesn't fix the issue,go to Control Panel>click Devices and Printers>select Adobe PDF and then click Remove device.

Launch Acrobat DC and navigate to Help menu>click Repair Installation.
